Michelle has always been a nurturer and educator. A mother of 3 children ages 21, 17 and 5, she taught at the middle school level for nine years and now helps adult learners prepare for the GED.

Michelle sees being a professional doula as a way to empower women and families by guiding them toward their ideal birth experience. She believes birth can be a satisfying and fulfilling experience when a woman feels heard and respected during the process.

Michelle was born in Green Bay and continues to reside there today. Michelle is happily married to her high school sweetheart. They love to hike and explore the state and county parks, work in the yard, bike the Fox River or Mountain Bay Trails, and enjoy a nice cookout with family & friends.

Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Marian University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
