Jeanette

Services offered: Labor Doula

Jeanette was born and raised in the city of Chicago.  She and her husband John had 3 children, raising them in Chicago and the northwest suburbs of the city.  After her 3 children were out on their own Jeanette and John moved to Green Bay to be closer to the areas where they enjoyed spending leisure time which includes hiking, camping, bicycling, and kayaking.

The birth of Jeanette’s first child was the catalyst for life-changing decisions including leaving the work world, becoming a La Leche League Leader for 8 years, and eventually returning to school to complete a degree in Physical Therapy.  Jeanette has recently retired from her 25-year career as a Physical Therapist with the majority of those years specializing in Women’s Health (including pelvic floor rehab, pregnancy, and postpartum care).  She is continuing her passion for helping women live their best lives through work as a labor/birth Doula.  Jeanette’s education and clinical experience with women of all ages, including during pregnancy and post-partum, gives her tools to help women achieve their optimal labor/birth experience.
