Jamie felt deeply called to doula work after she supported her three sisters through their births. She believes that women’s bodies are intelligently designed for the miracle of pregnancy and childbirth. 

Jamie’s passion grew over the years in healthcare and research where she obtained a Human Biology Undergraduate degree with an emphasis in pre medicine. Her experiences and knowledge have led her to explore all options and approaches to healthcare and health related decisions. Jamie feels passionate about the role birth plays with the brain and what the brain and body need in order to prevent and heal from birth-related trauma.
